I made a reservation for one person through Klook, but it was cancelled without notice. When I contacted the restaurant directly, they told me that solo diners are allowed, but that the Shibuya branch does not accept reservations via Klook at all. At the same time, I was in contact with Klook customer service, and their response was that the restaurant does not accept reservations for one person, which clearly contradicts what the restaurant itself told me. Due to this lack of coordination and inconsistent information between Klook and the restaurant, I would recommend choosing a different restaurant instead to avoid unnecessary trouble.
